VaultN partners with Paysafe to launch VaultN Payments & Wallet, and bring real-time B2B payments directly into the distribution flow

In partnership with Paysafe, VaultN brings payments directly into the distribution flow, enabling transactions to settle in real time rather than through weeks-long reconciliation processes. The integration reduces payment complexity and risk when entering new markets, while advancing VaultN’s strategy to orchestrate the full commercial lifecycle of game distribution at scale.
Distribution went digital years ago, but payments never caught up
Distribution and payments are two sides of the same coin, yet they’ve long operated as separate layers in the games supply chain. A sale moves instantly, while the money behind it follows an old-world process: an invoice, a wait, hand reconciliation, sometimes weeks after the deal has already closed. It’s how B2B payments in game distribution have always worked, and it’s exactly why some of the biggest growth markets get written off before anyone tries, since payment risk and financial-partner uncertainty outweigh the opportunity.
B2B payments now settle as fast as distribution moves
In partnership with global payments platform Paysafe, we’ve launched VaultN Payments & Wallet: an embedded B2B payments, treasury, and compliance feature that settles transactions at the moment of sale, right inside the platform where distribution already happens. Settlement now runs as part of the same transaction record VaultN already tracks for distribution, so the money moves the moment the deal does. Take-Two Interactive is among the first major publishers running on it.
“The games industry went digital in how it distributes, but the operations behind the sale never followed. Publishers still chase invoices; retailers still reconcile manually. The industry deserves infrastructure built for the way it actually works,” says Emrah Kara, CEO & Co-founder of VaultN. “This partnership with Paysafe moves that vision forward, and for VaultN, embedded payments is one step on our roadmap, not the destination.”
The compliance layer behind VaultN Wallet
Paysafe’s Skrill Business platform handles the regulated payments and compliance layer: publishers and retailers can receive, hold, manage, and move funds through a secure multicurrency wallet, licensed across the EU/EEA, UK, and United States. Treasury services, FX, and liquidity management come built in, so expanding into a new region stops being a payments problem and starts being a distribution decision.
“Paysafe has been deeply embedded in the gaming industry for three decades, supporting how players pay, how platforms monetise and how digital experiences are brought to life,” says Rob Gatto, Chief Revenue Officer at Paysafe. “By combining Skrill’s proven payments and wallet infrastructure with VaultN’s gaming-specific technology, we’re enabling a faster, lower-risk way for publishers and retailers to do business, designed for the scale, speed and digital-first nature of today’s games industry.”
One tech layer for distribution, settlement, and growth
For publishers and retailers on VaultN, that means Paysafe’s regulatory reach and payments infrastructure are already part of the platform. Fewer systems mean fewer handoffs, and fewer places for a deal to stall along the way.
“Together, we’re giving publishers and retailers the foundation to distribute, settle and grow from a single trusted environment,” says Emrah Kara. “As digital distribution continues to evolve, we believe the commercial infrastructure supporting it needs to evolve too.”
VaultN Payments and Wallet aren’t the finish line. It’s the next piece of a platform built to orchestrate the full commercial lifecycle of game distribution, on your terms.
